In April 2009 SRB Technologies (Canada) Inc. provided two students attending the Radiation Safety Program at Algonquin College a Work/Education Placement.

Work/Education Placements were valuable to students in so many ways. Students had the opportunity to work under supervision of qualified SRB Staff, learn new skills and gain some experience in their field of study towards a more credible resume.

In September 2009 SRB Technologies (Canada) Inc. was the main sponsor of the STARlite Golf Tournament where the 2009 United Way Fundraising Campaign Blitz was officially launched.

In October 2009 SRB Technologies (Canada) Inc. participated in the the United Way Trivia Challenge.

Throughout 2009 SRB Technologies (Canada) Inc. continued to sponsor Nathan Blok's racing career by providing financial support and by providing free design services for the development of promotional material for Nathan.
