SRB TECHNOLOGIES ( CANADA ) INC. has committed to notify the Mayor, the Chief Administrative Officer and Economic Development Officer of any weekly emissions exceeding release limits and of major events, incidents or issues with the operations.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION (NOVEMBER 24, 2008)
In accordance with a condition in our processing Licence, SRB has filed with the CNSC a Final Written Report dated November 18, 2008 within 21 working days of becoming aware that one of the weekly stack emission action levels had been exceeded for the week of October 14 to 20, 2008

 
SRB also issues press releases to the local media as necessary in order to notify the general public of any major events, incidents or issues with the operations.

LATEST PRESS RELEASE (JUNE 26, 2008)
On December 12, 2007 SRB TECHNOLOGIES (CANADA ) INC. had applied to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) to amend its licence to allow resumption of tritium processing at the facility.

On June 26, 2008 the CNSC announced its decision to issue a two-year operating licence to our company. The licence will permit our company to resume its processing operations at its facility
